Details: This Introduction to Unarmed Stage Combat workshop is designed for all levels and is suitable for complete beginners and anyone looking to refresh or improve their skills. Participants will learn a range of basic stage fighting techniques, safety practices, and staging awareness required for unarmed stage combat. This workshop also focuses on performance skills such as intention, reaction, timing, and motivation, as well as how to effectively incorporate unarmed choreography into scenes for stage and screen. The skills learned during this workshop are an introduction to those covered during the full IDCA Unarmed Stage Combat certified course.
